Millie is a musical director and conductor, working across both theatre and film. She is currently assistant musical director on Kinky Boots (UK & European Tour). Previous credits include assistant MD on Wicked (UK & Ireland Tour) and Six (West End).

Film work includes as music production assistant on Wicked and Wicked: For Good (Universal Pictures) and assistant music associate for additional photography on Snow White (Disney).
