Millie is a musical director and conductor, working across both theatre and film. She is currently assistant musical director of Wicked (West End).
​
Other theatre credits include associate musical director of Kinky Boots (West End), and assistant musical director of Six (West End) and Wicked (UK & Ireland Tour).
Film work includes as music production assistant on Wicked and Wicked: For Good (Universal Pictures) and assistant music associate for additional photography on Snow White (Disney). ​
