Millie's work in film includes as music production assistant on both Wicked and Wicked: For Good (Universal Pictures) and assistant music associate for additional photography on Disney's Snow White (2025).​

Specialising in supporting music on-set during shoot, she is experienced in live vocal capture, leading rehearsals with cast, dancers and supporting artists, playing rehearsal piano and supporting music requirements in choreography rehearsals. She is highly organised and efficient with the music administration requirements of working in film during both pre-production and shoot. She is proficient in using the DAW's Logic and Pro-Tools to create tracks, as well as the music notation software Dorico, Finale and Sibelius for preparation and upkeep of scores.
